Head of the Department
The Department of Automobile Engineering in Sri Ranganathar Institute of Polytechnic College is imparting quality education and technical advancements to cater the Automobile Engineering needs in the public and private sectors. We offer innovative and experimental teaching methods to make the learning process enjoyable and enlightening at the same time professional.
While India is fast developing into an automobile hub, the automobile department is needs of the mushrooming automobile industries in India. The department has created an environment wherein the students are encouraged to learn the concepts and test the same by building prototypes. The students are encouraged to undergo internship in auto related companies. An innovation club comprising of students as its members meet every week to convert concepts into products that are patentable.
